Measurement of tools
The way we design
-
Product control
We carefully examine the manufacturability of the workpiece to be produced with the tool in question.
-
Technology control
Product manufacturing technology is defined by taking related products into consideration.
-
Controlling the manufacturing machine
The tool holder and joint data of the manufacturing machine are acquired or recorded.
-
Controlling the machine tool
We aim for a quick and effective manufacturing taking all available machine tools into consideration.
-
Tool engineering
We choose the appropriate software for the task, and do a precise 3D design.
-
Supporting tool manufacturing
We monitor phases of manufacturing in cooperation with the manufacturer in order to achieve a perfect quality.
-
Tool testing
The tool's operation is introduced to the manufacturer in order to avoid tool or machine breakage.
What we are proud of
Take a look at our key projects in which outstanding design and mechanical engineering meet.
-
Glue dryer special purpose machine
As part of the assembly of an electric unit in a passenger car our team was charged with the heated chamber curing of a metal part glued into a heat cure plastic housing, and then the recooling of the workpiece.
-
Riveting special purpose machine
When designing the seat and the plunger we also paid attention to a lightning fast change of wear parts. Maintaining automatic operation and filtering defect pieces are ensured by force and distance measurement cells integrated into the tool.
-
Pneumatically controlled foaming jig
We were tasked with designing a refrigerator foaming jig for a newly designed refrigerator that is of greater size than previous models of the manufacturer. The jig had to fit into the mainly hand operated foaming system and methods of the client, and at the same time to ensure appropriate safety as opposed to other foaming jigs used so far.

Supporting core
Maximum support for a minimum of material thickness? We designed a support for a thin vacuum formed part, which doesn’t cave in under foam pressure, using accurate optical measurement and control.
